How frequently does Elfie synchronise with my connected devices / applications?

Elfie will collect data from Apple Health and Google Fit every minute once you launch the Elfie app. To protect your battery, Elfie doesn't synchronise your data when you don't use the Elfie app. For optimum performance and synchronisation, launch the Elfie App at least once a day.
